Funny. I so can relate to many aspects of this piece! When the kids are a bit bigger, they will actually take joy in getting the egg in the nest and be able to focus for more than a minute... My Sam used to pretend he was an airplane on the soccer field when he was 5... It was so frustrating at the time, now I look back and chuckle.

Great article. I love to go to the farmers' market.
I can vouch that taking children to the market and letting them choose the produce
will help them to be better veggie eaters. My 3 have been going since they were tiny and they like almost all vegetables.

We used to do this event at the local firehall, but this yr we moved to the Countryclub.. It was a hoot to see all the girls dressed up in their hats... lol
We do a Father Daughter Dance for the girls also...
