Thanks for sharing your high glycemic experience with foods. I suggest a balanced meal as a natural lifestyle diet. I tried the Atkins diet, but I got the opposite effect the first week. I gained weight. I dont eat much meat. In a sense, the Atkins makes sense on the high protein factor. Still, our body needs a moderate amount of protein and carbs.
