Hi Sassy,

After looking into this for you, my tech team reports that you are using the OLD version of your My Gather page, and then clicking on the ‘try the new My Gather Page.'

Please you go into your account settings and update your account to the new page. This will resolve it for you. If you don't like the new My Gather page you can revert back to the Old version in your account settings.

Please give it a try and let me know how its going for you and if you have any questions about the new version.

Hi Donald,
CVS should be able to remotely activate all the gift cards they sent to us. We're just waiting for confirmation that this has happened.

Are you having trouble with small font on Gather? If you are, try these tips:

TIP - HOW TO ADJUST FONT SIZE

A few members are experiencing smaller font on Gather since the upgrade. Font size was not intentionally changed and most members are not experiencing this. If you are - here are some suggestions:

Firefox browser: click on 'View' in the browser nav bar, then click on 'zoom'.

IE broswer: click on 'View' in the browser nav bar, then click on 'text size'.

In either browser, hold down the ctrl key and press + to increase font size or - to decrease font size.

If these tips don't solve the problem please contact us using the "Contact Support Form" so we can assist you.

Ron, this is similar to what I explained to Diva above. When the editor box is open longer than 10-15 minutes Gather can go into a kind of hibernation mode and when you hit the submit button it wakes up, but you' ve lost the work you just spent so much time typing in. Copy and paste from word is my practice. That works everytime for me in either IE or Firefox.

Diva,
As a rule I always write my posts in word and copy/paste into Gather. It can take me longer than 10-15 minutes to write some posts and if the editor is open that long posts are often lost when the submit button is hit.
I know this may seem like a pain, but it's much better than losing the post.

Members do earn points for overall site activity, but the majority of points come from publishing content that becomes popular in the community and across the web.

You can maximize your earnings by engaging in the conversations around your content and by promoting your content to people who share your interests outside of Gather on sites like Facebook, Twitter, and message boards.

Check out the group earnmorepoints.gather.com. We highlight content in that group to help members who are interested in earning more points.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, with limited developmental resources, we can really only test against the major browsers - IE, Firefox, and Safari.
