This whole situation is wierd and it seems he is on a slippery slope.
Does this judge have pretty women dress down for court to keep jurors from being biased against them? Perhaps he asks blondes to dye their hair? African-Americans to lighten skin-tone with makeup if the jury is too white? Maybe mean fat-cat banker types are asked not to wear Armani or Rolex?
