well i thoroughly researched this and sought two other opinions.....they both agree it's a torn meniscus. But I will keep the sugar hinderance in mind for future injuries (god forbid they be as bad as this one). thanks all

1- human and animal DNA should NOT be genetically fused together
2- I won't lie...some of those pics were straight up creep-tastic
3- that was a hugungous snake in the river (arial shot?)
4- why would the Russian eat that....ew....too creepy

I love squirrels...well....cos they are squirrely lol. we have many feeders for them here and they will even get up close to us and take peanuts out of our hands. We just started getting grey and black ones around here which is rare but nice.

What if I know myself enough to know that I should rely on myself for advice? I often put myself in somebody else's shoes and think what would I say to me? I give good advice and know what I should do....I just never do it. I follow my heart more than my brain.

I agree but I always overpopulate my list and feel lost when I can't get things done....I end up losing sleep by either A- opting to stay up late to get it done or B- staying up late cos I'm worrying about it
