I think this is just the beginning. I believe more and more will gradually admit Ron Paul was right. I just hope they wake up before it is too late for this country.

Good point, Colonel. That never even occurred to me. I saw it as a desperate attempt to keep the Republican party from falling apart. I'm sure they were not interested in what Ron Paul supporters had to say, but unless their intent is as you suggested it might be, it just might have backfired on them.

The group is working as a nonpartisan organization to bring to together top leaders (industry, scientists and political) to work together to find the best solutions for the energy crisis, national deficit, health care problems, education, the economy, etc. And as Walker put it, "leadership that transcends age, ideology and party lines."

Bottom line, it's about bringing together the best of the best experts to work together to find the best solutions as quickly as possible. At least, that's the way I understand it.

From what I understand about the film itself, it is to make Americans aware of the serious state of the fiscal condition of this country, and how we can avoid a national economic disaster. We're running out of time...the American people need to come together on the issues and find the best solutions for all the people...not just what is best for the Democrats or what is best for the Republicans.

Great advice. I do a lot of health and wellness research and then have to write a report on the subject, so I'm used to doing that. My biggest problem is probably being long-winded. After 200-300 hours of research on a subject, I want to share everything I learned. LOL Sometimes I think it would be easier for me to write a book.

Lyn, there is a warning on the packages. But does ANYBODY actually read the labeling on a package of light bulbs, of all things? After all, who hasn't, at some time in their life, screwed in a light bulb?

1. Open the package.
2. Remove the bulb from the package.
3. Screw the bulb into the light socket.

So those who are not aware of the dangers, and don't read the labeling, will treat them just like incandescents.

For a long time, I said I would write Ron Paul in, until I did some research on write-in votes. What I found made me sick, so then I was leaning toward a long-time Ron Paul supporter who had aggressively campaigned for Ron Paul. That person is Chuck Baldwin. That's when I wrote the article below on write-in votes:

Ron Paul Supporters for Chuck Baldwin? Why Not Write Dr. Paul In?

I didn't care much for Bob Barr, but because he is a close friend of Ron Paul's (Chuck Baldwin is also), I started listening to what he has to say, and he makes a lot of sense.

So for now, I don't know. And like the Colonel, I'm still waiting for direction from Ron Paul.

If there are two things you can count on, they are these.
I will NEVER EVER vote for McCain, and I will NEVER EVER vote for Obama. Case closed!

I do a lot of health and wellness research, so I'm constantly reminded that I need to detox. But there are so many different options, and I can't decide on one. I read somewhere that this book gives different options depending on the person's situation, and suggests specific recipes, and even tips on choosing a juicer.

Maybe this book would give me direction, and force me to do what I know I need to do!
