Congrats Jennifer!
Can't wait to see you at reunion.
As my girls will say "It is not a diet....it is a lifestyle change....." They have heard me say that so many times.
Writing down what I eat has been a huge help for my weight loss journey thus far. I started in January and am down 46 pounds. I have also cut out evening snacking. Doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but it got the ball rolling.
Keep up the good work!!

Christina,
My mother was the one that insisted we watched the Steelers on Sunday! And Grandma was just as much of a fan! As both of my daughters were born, they too were brainwashed to know that Sunday means - football. They generally know who we are playing and love Hines Ward! They proudly wear their Steeler jerseys on "Bengal Days" at school almost challenging anyone to say something (I can't imagine where they get that from).
My yougest, now 8, has lovingly refered to our boys at the "Yellow Pants" since she could talk.
Is it time for football yet?

Born and raised in Pittsburgh - forced to live in Cincinnati (actually Northern KY - on the river)
LOVE MY STEELERS!!! - 30 something years old!
Even the kids are being raised Steelers fans - makes it hard when they have "Bengals Day" at school - but my kids wear their Black and Gold with pride and defend our Steelers!

Amen little brother!
There was nothing better than Sundays, Steeler football, Terrible Towels and of course, "Myron Cope on sports" ! Far and wide, Steeler faithful are mourning the loss of a great part of Pittsburgh and Steeler football.
Myron will be missed - but his Terrible Towel will live on!

Oh my goodness! First day of hunting season in PA - a "true holiday"!
What a hoot! Similar story of the flat tire my mom and I got on the way to Edinboro in the pouring rain - no cell phone - no help and my crazy friend in a yellow poncho and mittens flagging down strange men!

However, my mom too, tires to hand me money everytime I walk out the door! We never out grow our moms taking care of us, even when we have kids of our own!
Great story - I am still chuckling!

Our minds and hearts are in the same place little brother! As I was thinking of Grandma today and all of the precious memories - baking bread kept popping into my head - I could almost smell it baking! Thanks for putting my thoughts into words!
