Uuughh! How many times can people scream "midlife crisis" at him and still have him not get it? He is making a fool of himself and its entertaining to watch for us but how embarrassing for his kids?! I can't imagine if I found out my dad was dating a 22 year old and calling another horrible father (michael lohan) his "mentor" and my dad is just a normal guy who isn't blasted all over tv.

It is one of the most interesting addictions out there since as you said you can't just quit.
I think that is the same doc i saw. and each of them had someone in their life who really played into their problem. I remember a part where the guy said he couldn't drink water because it upset his stomach so it had to be pop or juice or something else.

Nice! I am almost at enough for my 3rd 25$ gift card. I pretty much only do the 5pt e-mails and some bzzagent points. But I did find a nice little circle where I can cash in my credit card rewards for sephora gift cards (45$ in rewards gets me a 50$ gc and in return free shipping, and 3 free samples) and then go through mypoints to use the GC and get 2 pts per dollar.

I cash out as soon as I get points on there because I am a bit skiddish after Boomertowne, Netwinner and those other crappy deals.

I think its all about showing kids that when you are done with something you put it away every time. I always learned that when you are cooking and you finish with something you put it in the skin and run water on it. I always thought it was how everyone did it. Then after you eat all you have to do is put the plate in the sink (and convince someone to do the dishes!) Then I went to college and learned that most people just leave stuff where it is bowls, pans, spoons, wrapers. The kitchen is a mess when you are done eating and no one wants to clean after they eat, they want to sit and watch tv and let their body digest!

I was for 4 years. I just wasn't a huge fan of meat at the time and the idea of eating something that use to be alive and poop and pee and procreate made me feel sick. But now almost 10 years since I decided to go veg and about 6 since I started eating meat again I still have trouble with my body processing iron :(. Some peoples bodies just are not into it. And now I LOVE meat.

I'm sure it was terrible for the parents but come on, what harm was really done? I sent a graduation announcement to my great great aunt because I hadn't heard she died. So her daughter got it with all her other mail...oh no! It was an honest mistake I don't think anyone said "oh those parents are bad people they should be reminded that their daughter is not only dead but also not attending school!!" It was clearly a computer program that automatically sends out notices like this and the school was most likely just being nice and not removing her from their list so she would still go in the yearbook and official class list. They most likely will also give the parents a diploma for her, something they couldn't do if they just dis enrolled her. (also something the parents most likely need to do, not the school)

I LOOOOOOVEEEE IKEA!
I love their photo boxes, the same ones at the container store are 3x the price and look almost identical. The picture frames are great too, we paint them or use stamps on them so they go with everything. The tiny ones can make a wonderful mural if you take the time to do it.
It is a bit of an overload every time I walk in I want to buy EVERYTHING.
