I would pay off all my debts, my kids debts, buy a condo on the beach, help my daughter buy her house, put some in a trust for my grandkids, put some into a charity or start my own, invest, and travel.

I like Silk. The chocolate and vanilla taste good to me. I get the light. I can't stand the plain though.

Bad hair is embarrassing. I had a so called hairstylist mess up my cut once. I didn't notice it right away because of how she styled. However when I washed it, I almost cried. I went right back to the salon and complained and got a redo from another stylist. I have very fine thin hair but lots of it. Now I have a stylist I love. As for rudeness, to my mind you were not rude. You smiled at them. That is all I do sometimes.

If we would stop looking at color and just look at a person's personality, then friendships and associations would be better for it. As far as 'cultural differences" why don't we look at them as cultural learning experiences. If we were all the same we'd be boring. I believe we were made different for a reason. Otherwise we might as well be programmed robots.

Ramen. Yes, this has been a staple in my house for as long as I can remember. I lived in Japan as a child, where it was introduced to me. When I was a poor unwed mother Ramen and milk were my staples for a few weeks until WIC and food stamps kicked in. Both my kids are fans of Ramen. My two little grandsons love Ramen noodles. My husband and son in law are the only hold outs I think.

I think this might be right up there (or down) with arresting parents because their kids have missed too many days of school. That's here in Florida. I don't think the parents should be penalized if they have done everything they can possibly think of.

LOL! My 23 year old has never left! For that reason though. He can't afford to move out on his own. However, he takes care of his own bills and gives us a little to help with the rent.
