Here is my recipe. I make my very own meat balls. Here is the recipe. Saute 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion in butter. Mix togher with: 1/2 lb each veal and pork or ground beef - 80/20. (I prefer to have the ground beef and pork ground together.) It's hard to find veal so I've started using ground beef. Add 1 cup Half & Half, 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup catsup or tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon allspice and a little chopped parsley, friesh or dried.

Mix all together thorougly and refrigerate several hours before using. VERY IMPORTANT. make small round balls and a little larege than the end of your thumb. Frin in a little butter until brown. Shake skillet constantly to keep meatballs round. Place the browned meatballs in a covered casserole in a slow oven, 325 degrees F for 30 minutes. These are delicious and have very special flavor.

For a great sauce, I use one quart sour caream and two cans of cream of mushroom soup. Sometimes I also use a creamy gravy made from a packet. Great served over noodles or by themselves.

Great article. Every NEW MOM/PARENT should be told these tricks before the baby is sent home from the hospital. There are just so many new things available today than there were 30 years ago.

These boots were all very beautiful .. I liked the blue boot with the eagle the best at first but then I liked them all.

Yes, these boots are pretty cool for sure. I understand that the year before they had fiber glass COWS .. not sure why or what the significance was for them but my sister thought it was just something that they do and those cows WERE auctioned off and one of them went for over $30,000.

We were visiting my sister in Olathe, KS, just outside of Kansas City and Olathe was having it's 150th anniverary. They had 12 different boots placed about the town and different businesses sponsered them. No one knew for certain but they thought at the end of the year these boots will be auctioned off. My sister and I drove around and found all 12 of them and took pictures. Hyer Boot Company was the first boot company to make the cowboy boot. Interesting, huh? The building that this boot was in front of was the original boot factory but is now a Nursery and Supply Company.

I started out with Lipitor in 2003. A few months on that and doc added Tricor to get my triglycerides down. It took a couple of months but it was all working so well. I felt the pain in my hips and feet mostly but attributed that to having spent a lot of time on my feet at a new job. Then we moved from FL to CO and that pain in my feet just felt like "heavy" and "tired" feet .. and I began to lose the strength in my hands. Got to where I couldn't open a bottle of water. In October of 2006 I started on the 30 day program of the Isagenix Cleansing and Weight Loss. I lost about 25 lbs in one month. My cholesterol was 162 and my triglcerides down around 190. I was on the program for about 90 days, through the end of December. I had my blood drawn about a month ago and my cholesterol is still down but my triglicerides are back up to 277. Oh, I forgot to mention the doctor stopped the Tricor and cut my Lipitor in half. I was also told by a good friend to try Cholest-off which is an over the counter pill. I was doing 1 a day of those. Then one week about 3 weeks ago I forgot to take the 1/2 of a Lipitor. My feet never felt so good. I just thought I had had a cold or bug of some kind and had gotten over it. The following week I said to myself, maybe I should take the Lipitor and take a whole one. Well, when I went back on the Lipitor I could hardly walk. I only took them for 3 days but I was back to my feet killing me, my legs had night cramps and my hips felt like I had the flu in them. I STOPPED the Lipitor and I have had no leg, feet or hip problems and I think my memory is even better. I'm wondering now if these statins have been the cause of my hair loss too. I am also back on the Isagenix products and I feel so good. I see my doctor on the 20th and am anxious to see where I stand at that visit. I'm also walking about a mile after work .. not a fast walk .. but I wasn't even able to do that a week ago.
