It may be the most difficult thing to do but you should try running. You need to get the mind and body in tune with each other and running does this miraculously. Some form of exercise regimen is also good. Sounds to much like you are slipping into deep depresssion.
Personally, I think the psychotropics can only perpetuate your state - or make it worse.
