Although it sounds funny, #9 is what I wanted to do for people if I won the lottery. It would free people up not to worry about losing their homes and enable them to have the budgets to help others. Can you imagine the chain of people helping others, if someone did go around paying off peoples mortgages? We spend so much to live in our homes, and many people are struggling to pay it, their bills and have enough money left for food...and if that one basic payment was gone, how much better their life and others life could be. :) I wish I won, so I could do this for you.
I hope you do have a good Christmas and get some of what you watn.

I have to laugh... when my children were young and learning multiplication, I used to teach them "meatball math" As I would make the rows of meatballs they could see how 5 rows of 4 meatballs were 20 meatballs. It was kind of fun, showing them math in real usage...as I made the night's meatball dinner. :)

What a jerk. How heartless and rude. Just hold your head up and realize maybe people thought she was being a loudmouth jerk.

I had a problem in Target with another woman. I left the area because it became awful. She was shouting at me and my daughter, calling us liars and she wouldn't calm down and I was getting upset and yelling back. I decided to shop elsewhere in the store. Three men in white shirts and ties came up to escort me out of the store...they didn't want to take me in private to discuss what happen. They were loud, and mean and the decision was made for me to leave the store. I left the basket full of my purchases and went to walk out of the door I entered. In front of all the cashiers and customers I was berated about heading for a door other than what they "decided". I was never so humiliated in my life and called Target Corporated about it. They sent me so coupons for money off future purchases. They agreed that it was not handled to proceedure, and being handicapped back then it was a "no no". I probably could have sued, but my point is...they handled it wrong, made a big deal about it, and likely their doing this to me and probably others became a problem. I don't think Target would have apologized and sent me coupons for money off for future purchased of anything in their store if my side was not valid.

Unfortunately, nothing can make up for the humiliation my daughter suffered being with me. She even said my Mother isn't lying to the men in ties, and they disregarded what she said.

Don't let this situation hold you back from going into the school. So what if the other people think you "didn't want to pay" If they are stupid enough to believe that, they are too stupid to be in your life.

So familiar.... We discuss stuff and he goes out and does what he wants even if we explored all the choices and agreed on the best one.

I guess I am to focused on the talking about us. Maybe that is his way of saying, whatever. I don't know, I just thought I was missing something in not knowing how to "talk" about us.

Maybe I should ask him to be more specific in how he wants to talk about us, our future, our home, our retirement. Maybe he is leaving a few words out.

For many years he would say "How do you feel"....over and over. I would say, Pretty good, or my stomach is upset.

He kept asking, because I think he wasn't getting the answer he wanted. He was specific and left off two qualifying words,....How do you feel....about me.

So now when he asks how I feel. I say, I love you. If he asks a second time I say, what are you asking me, how do I feel about what?
