I felt ripped off when I used to use a trainer years ago, I know the person took one of those weekend warrior type of courses and didnt know much beyond the bench press and curl!

Thanks for the heads up I need to get a new place in a few months and need a new coffee maker maybe krupps coffee maker will be my choice, need to cut down moving expenses as much as possible.

Another very good lean meat that most would never think of is ostrich, very tasty only problem is here in the States its not exactly the easiest thing to get your hands on.

I have been hearing great reviews by some of the trainers at my gym about the stacker 4. I would recommend it based on what I have heard. Thankfully for me I do not need any products for weight loss yet, but who knows as you get older these things may become necessary.

I have push ups to e such a good way to leverage working out. I personally add them into my repotaire of exercies at the gym. One great push up exercise is to have your work out partner put a 45 lb plate on your back at the end of a chest routine and do push ups then. This is killer and really works the chest and helps to burn it out.

I agree one hundred percent about the contact after the break up. It works both ways with boys and girls. If you do not call or try to get in touch with the person after they break up with you it messes with their head. They think you don't care which in turn plays cruel games on their ego, then they want you to care. So they will eventually call back. Usually works, and if it doesn't then move on.

Credit counseling is a great service, but you will be paying back in full, so payments will be pretty close to what they are for minimum payments, however you will get out of debt much quicker because you are now on a fixed payment. But for those people who cannot afford credit counseling, debt settlement will be a wiser choice

I have been really considering learning an instrament and the choice has pretty much been between either the guitar or the piano. I know both are extremely hard to pick up but I will have to make a decision soon.

Another way is to use the equity in your home to pay off high interest credit card debt. Most people that do this end up back in credit card debt all over again except now they have two mortgages. This will lead to bankruptcy and possibly foreclosure and it happens way more than the average person may think. The real problem behind this happening is not really the loan against the house but more so peoples addiction to using credit cards.
