Kevin is still hanging in there. Kevin was airlifted to University Hospital. Initial problems included severe head trauma (blood clot over the brain stem, hemorrhaging, multiple bruises over the whole cranial area), a torn kidney, a torn spleen, a torn liver, collapsed lungs, and a pelvic fracture. The pressure in his brain is down a little and he avoided another brain surgery. He is still in a coma and no where near out of the woods, so please keep still praying for him and his family.

Thanks. As of today, Kevin is still in a coma and in ICU. He was bleeding in the brain. He had brain surgery yesterday evening. The pressure is down a little, so keep praying.

I am on weight watchers, so I make it a point to drink 8 glasses a day. I have even more during the heat. I feel great when I drink water and as a bonus, I am less hungry when I drink all my water.

If the government would pay off mortgages for people who are not behind on their payments and make under 200,000 per year, the banks would have their money, the homeowners would spend and stimulate the economy and it would cost MUCH LESS than the money being given to the banks and to the stimulus. But, hey, why should we the American working public get bailed out?

I love Love Actually too (it is my favorite movie) and the Grinch (cartoon) muct be watched at least 5 times during the Christmas season!
