You are doing a great job and keep up the great work!!1 thing I want to point out that may help you is if you want to eat something do it.If you don't tame the crave of something that is what makes you fall off the wagon.Another thing you can do is cut out part of the mayo when you make potatoe salad use milk to mix it in better.If you want to have a sandwich use 2 lettuce leaves instead of bread.Now that it is cool make homemade soup that has no fat or pasta in it.Like hotdogs? make it on a plate with out the bun and you have what you crave with out the bread.
