Thank you! I really had to make a *choice* to stop suffering from the pain and overcome my fears and propel myself forward. I've found that as a person with chronic pain - I am pretty much always in some degree of pain. And what I realized is that I can either stay home feeling sorry for myself, or I can be active, get stronger physically, and do things I enjoy. It was an empowering choice to start living my life again!

It's not really ethical to do that - I understand why you wouldn' t like it. I would never give Reiki to someone without his or her permission.
