I strongly suggest you get her a 2nd opinion and hope for the best. She's too special to your family and the cost is too high (both financially and emotionally) to not look into a 2nd opinion

Congrats! I think I'm 99% done with shopping, haven't done any wrapping yet (but will in the next week be done with that) and our tree's been up since before Thanksgiving, but need to put up the rest of our decorations this week

I can confirm that eating gorgonzola cheese in your last couple weeks of pregnancy can help bring on your labor. With both of my boys, I ate a salad with gorgonzola cheese and my water broke within the next 24 hours.

I have done both as well. I owned my own business for the first 2+ years of my oldest son's life. I worked 80 hour workweeks, and I still think being a stay at home mom is more draining and I'm busier now than I ever was then.

Heads up, according to another freebie site, this company has now limited the free 50 cards to Saturday due to heavy demand. So, it now expires on the 21st instead of the 30th. Hurry and order those cards. We ordered ours last night. We set up a mini photo shoot in our living room with our Christmas tree and the kids in their holiday outfits and got some really great photos.

And the 100 free prints is for new members, FYI

As someone who had a family member killed by a drunk driver, I think they should crack down on them every day, not just holiday weekends. I think it's horrible that in today's day and age we still have people who are stupid enough to risk their lives and the lives of others just because they are not responsible enough to designate a sober driver! Glad she got caught, and I don't care who's kid she is, she shouldn't get away with it!

I hate this lead paint crap! A couple years ago when all the recalls happened in a span of a few weeks near Christmas (maybe 2007, 2008...can't remember) my son had 18 toys included in the recall. Poor kid, every time he turned around, his toybox got smaller. The manufacturers use lead paint because it's cheaper and all they care about is their bottom line, not the health and safety of the consumers.

this is hillarious!! And FYI, I worked at a Wal Mart many many many years ago, and someone actually did use the fitting room as a toilet once. SO GROSS! Thank God that wasn't my department!
