I guess finding out why they smoke, and if they want to quit. I truly believe you have to deep down want to quit for it to happen.

I would have to say it depends on the offense, if there was harm done to children, I think it should be taken into consideration because they have taken advantage of a child who at the time probably felt helpless. It would all have to consider the offense, because they are so different.

Depends on how old your children are. If they aren't going to abuse them too much, I would opt for the DSi because it is so much better with the camera and such. They do not sell the old DS anymore, unless you purchase it used. DS Lite is still available, and does come in more colors. It also holds the longer battery life. The DSi's battery is not nearly as long so you will want to take that into consideration for long road trips. Hope this helps!
