Christine, Dr. Simon's book , The No Sweat Exercise Plan, is filled with great advice and research that supports how wonderful it is for us to be active in our daily lives. Check it out on Amazon.com and look at the Search Inside feature. As you make your New Year's Resolutions, you'll be glad to have looked at this book!
