Where were you? in an airport bar getting tranquillized before you boarded the plane? That could account for your lack of concern for personal safety :)

The news has interviewed many folks who were scared, and nervous about flying back home after the holidays. So, where have you been in regard to watching the media reports???

If what you say is true, maybe American's have become to soft about terrorism. It is easy to take our current security system for granted, and become less caring about personal safety.

Marilyn is 110% correct.

If America is to remain a Capitolistic Society, than "It's not up to government to decide what upper management makes." The right to make fists-full-of-dollars has been the law of the land for several century's here in the "land of the free." Why change it now. We know who the greedy folks are, but, it is those people who employ the majority of the middle class.

Those who want to control what a company owner, or, founder can make, is jealous, envious, and they have the heart and mind of a true socialist.

It is not the right of this government, or any other future US government to impose the will to LIMIT the amount of money a person can make, especially itf that person(s) own out-right the company, or, business in question.

I tell you that America is close to becoming a facisit, socialist state if they continue to rule over private business with an iron fist. America is going down the same road Russia went down many decades ago, and there is no turning back without a bloody fight to regain freedom lost!

Either you believe the Word of God is infallible, or you don't. In my case, I have no problem believing that every word, sentence, paragraph, chapter, book, jot and tittles are from God, supernaturally given to man to pen on behalf of the Kingdom of God.

As for your commitment to a false, pagan god, so be it! The Bible warns you, that you will be turned over to your false teachings and beliefs, and you will pay for this folly with your eternal life.

NOTE to Jim S Smith: The Bible is the ONLY authority on God and man. And in regard to your comment: "My belief is that WE ARE ALL CHILDREN OF GOD and are heirs to the domain of God. I also agree with the Shamanist point of view that ALL ARE INTERCONNECTED, SPIRITUALLY, THROUGHOUT THE COSMOS" Jesus said that YOU must be reborn, and when asked how to get to heaven, He said, that He was the ONLY way to the Father.

Jesus is the way. Your other religions and csomic whatevers will only lead you to hell. Try reading the Book to the Romans, Just Chapter 1 and 2. You may be surprised to see that people who believe in other gods and profess themselves to be wise will be declared "foolish" and cast into the lake of fire.

God gave His Son for your sin and it is His Son, not cosmic rays, that will get you to eternity. Try Jesus. I'll be more than happy to pray with you as you repent from your foolish wisdom and ask Jesus to be your Savior. Love, weed, drugs, chi, cults, etc., will only lead you down the road to destruction. You have one life to discover that God provided only ONE WAY to Him, and that was through His Son crucified for your sin and risen to triuimph over death for you. Jesus is the only way. Believe it or NOT. Any way bue Jesus, is the wrong way...sorry for you if you fail to grasp this simple truth!

Those sites have the ability to read and decide to post, or delete the article. If they decided to post this article, that is between you and them. I suggest that you address your concerns to their moderator. And while it appears to you that it wasn't posted to Operation: Jesus, maybe it would help if you dug a little deeper.

I'm not claiming gather.com is a Christian site....it is however a site for people of all backgrounds, faiths, ideals, beliefs, etc. form groups, and people who join those groups do so because they have a kinship with the ideals and standards of the said group.

If you don't like this site, find another place to dwell. Your trouble making words are not appreciated. Operation: Jesus was originated to meet the needs of people of faith, and what we do and say here, are in accordance with the founding rules of this group.

People have joined, and people have left, and that is their right. It is our right to have a site specific for those of like faith, to gather for prayer, and submit articles that have meaning to them.

It is quite apparent that you don't agree with this, and all I can say is too bad, so sad! Have a nice life.

OMG! I am also NOT your Pastor. Thank God, because you must be a very liberal, uptight person. I often use the word "hell" too! Of course, that is a place where many people will end up going to if they keep rejecting the King of Kings/Lord of Lord!

It's my group and site, and I certainly can "paste together" whatever I chose to make. or, support my point.

You don't have to use this site APE, so maybe you should take your opinions somewhere where your opinions will matter.

Gather.com may, or may not be a Christian site. That is not my point.

HOWEVER, Barb, Operaition: Jesus, is a Christian Group started by me, and one of the rules states no "cussing" in comments; no sexual slurs, etc. As owner and moderator of this site, I can and will remove such offensive language.

As you see, I do not delete comments that are not supportive of my posts, just those where offensive language is used.

If you don't agree with this, you don't have to be using this site, there must be many other sites that allow people to curse, or, mock God.

AS the primary poster, I chose to delete a few comments that included "foul" language. I also deleted a comment I made about abortion, because this is not the time or place to debate that issue. SORRY....but, a word of warning to a few of those persons deleted. This is a Christian site, and I will not allow cursing, or using the name of Jesus in vain...
