DN, I'm so sorry about that. I've heard a few others report the same thing... we must have gotten a bad batch somehow from CVS. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do before Christmas. But next week, we'll make sure that everyone will receive CVS cards with value, or that Points are returned to ones account so they can reorder something else.

Gary, from your description, it doesn't sound like you were doing anything wrong. Did the video upload successfully, and are you able to play it on its own page?

Please give me links to the video and the post in question, and I'll see what I can find.

I certainly hope not Larry. There's no logical reason why that should happen, but I'll take your word for it that it's happened to you before. Just to be sure, are you talking about losing your connections with "friends" you had added to your network?

Hi Faith,

I'm sorry we missed this comment! I was going through the week's posts before we wrap up this week. Actually, your mother did write back, but I hadn't gotten to responding to her yet because most of the week we've been running about a week behind in our responses. It's been VERY busy. Now that I'm answering questions from the 5th, 6th, and 7th, I should be able to respond to your mother as soon as one of my colleagues gives me the requested information. All I can see if that the order has been completed, but I'm waiting on the date it was sent and the card number.

If you can reach this page again, please describe what's going on in more detail. Are you seeing an error message when you click on certain posts? If so, what does it say? Are there other types of pages on Gather (or even other websites) that you can't access?
