The connection between arthritis and diabetes could well be the oxidative stress caused by higher levels of radicals production and glycated proteins produced by poorly controlled diabetes which causes inflammation etc....What should be stressed here is that individuals with diabetes should be strictly controlling their blood sugar level and closely monitoring fluctuations. Ofcourse exercise id crusial to maintain blood glucose levels and important for muscle strength but would not alone control in a diabetic situation.

Personally I don't have assumptions about anybody at work because I try keeping focussed, however most are true based on what I hear from collegues and friends...

Good one! I gained weight by preparing home-cooked meals too....so I think mom's nurturing personality to blame, and if moms do indulge they better not blame it on the kids.

I always hated the smell of moth balls and I could sense they were toxic by the induction of similtaneous stomach and head-aches they caused me. My mother in law is a big fan especially to preserve her cherished collections of rugs. I made her once a dried-herb sachet as an alternative idea and she put it in her closet as a refreshener.....such a reward for my attempt :)

Fresh and timely! I will make use of this recipe to accompany many summer's grilled seafood. Healthy essential oils of avocado replacing the mayo in the original remoulade is always a winner.

Very creatively comming up with a way to make motorcycles an interesting topic.
I got burnt by the motorbike exhaust when I was 10 yrs old riding with my brother.
Never attempted again to ride it......dangerous and too noisy.

I think it has to do with some of your substitutions and additions. Possibly Gruyere cheese more fatty, Parmesan cheese instead of breadcrumbs won't absorb moisture, the act of sauteeing the onion makes them heavier than chives, Omitting cream of tartar which enhance stability of the airation in the soufflee, More milk adds moisture.....all factors that influence the texture and stability......looks pretty wet and spongy!

However, I agree with all the rest that mistakes what teaches us what not to do in the kitchen adventures.
