K D. I am sure I still have a lot of thing to learn on Coffee( I don't drink Coffee) and Wine myself. I always feel great that I don't know some thing, so I has an empty cup to fill new knowledge.

BB, when the water is not hot enough, then some of the taste won't come out of the tea leaves. If the water is over-boiled, then many integrates has been destroyed from the tea leaves because of the temperature. The tea will not have the same fresh smell and smooth taste.

You probably lose the enjoyment if you use a thermometer. and once you know the procedure, it's easy to know what to do next just like Tai Chi.

Janet, This is the only part on boiling the water. There are more details involved on picking the right tea, tea cup, pot, how to taste, etc. When people first come to learn Tai Chi, most people thought Tai Chi is simple. Any simple thing can be very detailed, improved and more enjoyable if time and effort has been put into.

That's right, Kristi, beginners lacks of patience when they first try Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a very detailed art. A detailed art need to take time to work on.

Guy, both feet should be connected in a way, so they should be coordinating together when doing a kick. You teacher is right about the circle and foot.
