I'm sorry you feel this way. Hopefully it will pass. You may want to consider therapy of some sort to help you deal with your feelings. No one will care for you the way you care for yourself, so it is unreasonable to expect this of others.

As for your "friends"......they don't seem like friends to me. You're allowed an opinion whether they agree or not and they should respect that. Sounds like to me there is a huge lack of respect among your "friends".

Never feel guilty about your feelings, you're entitled to them just as everyone else is.

If you're looking for something to do when you get home from school, other than sleeping (which is often the first sign of depression) try volunteering in your community. You'll get a sense of community and you may even gain some friends. If you like animals volunteer at a shelter or animal hospital, if you like kids volunteer to help out with after school programs and at church. There are many opportunities to volunteer and meet people who appreciate and respect you.

Great conversation you've sparked. I fully agree that people should start taking some responsibility for their weight and health, and stop trying to sue fast food chains for making them fat. It's us! Look at the rest of the world, just like you said.

I'm not against all drugs...If you step on a rusty nail or have surgery I can understand the usage, but daily meds I see as a sure decline of health.

There are lots of natural ways to care for your health without pumping yourself full of artificial chemicals, pesticides, and hormones. Many of these synthetic subtaces are not readily accepted by the body which can cause long term underlying health issues that you may not even notice at first.
