i cut way back on the sugar consumption,no more garbage unless i can control the sugar in it. no soft drinks for at least 5 years,no snack cakes from hostess. when i do it something, it is very little, cause now it is just too sweet.

read reviews,ratings,etc. what will you use the stroller for,how well it stores and ease of using it on different terrain.a cheap stroller is just that cheap. go to stores and see what are there and the style you would like. the one i had was a combination carriage and stroller,but then again that was a few years back.

yes,this is different for many of us, children and older people especially.for the past few years i have gotten a flu shot, and last year a pneumonia shot and already have my appointment for my husband and i to get this years flu shot. we can not afford to get sick or worse yet have a fatality because of stupidity. i am encouraging my son's health care aid to have him get one also and sending the message to my daughter in alaska that it would be beneficial for her, working in retail to have one.

some days i walk 20000 steps,have tried livestrong for keeping track of my food and exercises as well as sparkpeople, where there are people who help you along the way with comments and cheers . i am eating healthier and watching my sodium intake for the high blood pressure. managed to get down to 165 lbs for the wedding and looked pretty good. now i have another wedding next year to attend, so i am hoping to be at least under 150 lbs for that one. by the time my daughter gets married i will be at my ideal weight of 130 lbs where i was when i was pregnant with her. the writing comes in spurts when there is complete silence and no distractions, just can't be soon enough for me. lol

good article, was just saying how our insurance sucks at walmart. hope something happens soon that coverage is better and premiums are lower.
done the bankruptcy before because of medical bills. some hospitals have a free bed plan, if you qualify,it is good for a year

funny it took this long to find him guilty of something one of us would had been guilty right off the bat.not sure this is worded right,but i had a teacher who murdered his wife and unborn child because he was messing around and could not divorce cause of religious reasons, so he committed a devasted murder while his young daughter was at his mother's house and then he went on a hunting trip with friends and "found her" when he got back. he died in jail several years later, so sad for the little girl.

rofl, so funny, i just don't talk to him that pisses him off even more, cause he really doesn't have a clue what he did. now my ex on the other hand, i replaced his cigarettes with candy ones which to anyone else would be funny, he actually got pissed off and left the state for a week with a gay friend
