You know this rule when you join at Planet Fitness. The purpose of all of this is so that regular people can come to an atmosphere and feel not out of place. Planet Fitness is where I go to the gym and I love the fact that everyone in the place will not look at me for my weight or anything else. There are not large bodybuilders that stare at theirselves in the mirrors or show off. Everyone is just regular ole folks.
for the Bodybuilders, there are other "meat markets" in town for them to go to. They can go to World gym or Golds Gym any day.

my hair is in excellent condition. My hair is stick straight and shoulder length. I use Prell shampoo because my hair is excessively oily and the Prell is one of the only shampoos that lets me go all day on one washing and makes my hair a bit fluffy.

I worked in a salon for many years and know that Prell is a harsh shampoo but for me, it works and I make sure that I do great conditions.

I try so hard to watch a whole episode of that show but never ever can make it through one. Even if they are cooking with fruit, they ruin it with something like Oyster joice or "hey folks, lets make pineapple salad with squid" LOL
I would NEVER eat most of the stuff that they make.

But i always have good intention to watch the show.

I just did my downstair bathroom in a makeover a couple months ago. Even though I live in Alabama, My husband and I are born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.

At Home Depot, you can buy actual team colors in paint made by Glidden. I painted the walls in Steeler Gold and put a top border of white and Steeler Black all around the top.
I have a black shower curtain, neon steeler clock, Terrible Bath towels.....

I have a beautiful Steeler bathroom.

I have a couple friends that work in downtown Pgh and are off work for a "freebie" vacation week thanks to the G20.

Ok so your hubby and me both got our hair cut at the same time and we both went short.  Guess what?  It is time to tell him that it is 6 weeks and time for a freshen up cut.  I got my appointment for this coming Saturday.  Tell him to get his haircut this coming weekend because it is time.  LOL

I recenlty used the local Xcell Acadamy (Paul Mitchell school) and they did a great job on my haircut and my two daughters haircuts.

hey...they all gotta learn somewhere right.

I had been letting my hair grow for the last year or two because we had some financial problems and haircuts on all family is done by me because I know how to cut hair.  I did my own trims.

I just cut my hair really short 2 months ago and got it highlighted and paied about 120.00.  I normally pay about 35.00 for a haircut/ shampoo / dry though.

good for you Susan.

My best friend had cancer for many years and she actually loved when she was bald every now and then (depending on the type of chemo she was receiving at that time)

I have another friend that has cancer right now and keeps hers most of the time at crewcut level and she colors it funky colors all the time.  She is in her mid 40's and she just says "why not have fun and be different"

My friend that dyes her hair also goes to church with me.  She actually does not have much time left with us but does what she can to have as much fun as possible.

She paints each toenail and fingernail a different color as well and many people in the church do the same because when they look down at their fingers or toes, they are reminded to have fun and laugh and say a prayer for someone.

I started painting one of my bathrooms last night.  I am doing a Pittsburgh Steeler theme.

I just can't break down to buy the cookies and cakes by WW brand. I find recipes in my WW materials for low point cookies and make big batches and freeze. I think their stuff isn't as good as real foods and high in price.

I do agree with you on the waste of packaging.

I never understood why ice cream is so dang high in price. I am on WW as well and I can't ever afford to buy their ice cream treats. I wish they didn't charge like 4.50 + for their stinkin 4 pack of ice cream bars.

You might want to check out the value of the pickles because I am originally from Pittsburgh and they are called something there and it is completely escaping my mind but they are worth some money just for the pickle.
You may have a better deal than you thought you did.

The few barber shops that we have in our area have women barbers anyway so what difference does it make except the price is a bit cheaper in the barber shop and the places are old and dated looking.

I go to a place called Studio 21 and there is a mix of men and women together getting their hair done or cut etc.

My husband goes there and so do I and they also have men and women doing the cutting.

I think that the old fashioned barber shops are a thing of the past.

He was definitely in need of a cut. It is cute and he should keep it short.
