See, so many ways to skin a cat! In Parents magazine today I saw a onesie you can put on your baby that says, "Please don't give my parents unsolicited advice." It doesn't get more to the point than that!

Thanks, Vic. You and have known each other a long time, and I know the struggles you've had with your own little boy. I know I should be thankful because it could be much worse! We have to watch Alex very closely, because this is genetic. He got pneumonia when he was a baby, and ended up in the hospital. He's been on Singulair ever since, to see if we can prevent him from getting asthma. So far so good! It helps me to know that everything I do to keep my enviroment healthy will help him, too.

Thanks ladies! I know that asthma is fairly common these days, and I hate to be negative, so I try to focus on the things that will keep me out of trouble. The Astelin dried out my throat and sinuses and made me lose my voice. I went through Flonase, Prednisolone, Spiriva, and I can't remember what else. Now I'm on Advair, Veramyst, Zyrtec, and Albuterol. But they're not doing the trick. Oh well, we'll keep experimenting!

Azaleas are one of my favorite to grow in the garden. Here in the Seattle area, we are blessed by perfect growing conditions for them.

I was excited to hear about it, too. It would be worth it to me to pay the extra fee to stay in one of these rooms, especially if I travelled a lot for business. (In that case, the company will be paying the bill, anyway.) Now it would be great to see some other big names follow suit.

We are spinning out of control! When I quizzed my husband on why he enables my addiction, he hung his head sheepishly and said, "So you don't remember that my hobbies are far more expensive!" Hah! And he's right!

Erin, you had the right idea! Sometimes we get so focused on the money we'll save, we forget how much our time is worth, and the price we pay in terms of our own sanity. Next time I'll go just for the thrill of the experience, and when it stops being thrilling, I'm going home!

You guys are right. And Target's sale did suck. But it wasn't Target that made it suck, IMHO. It was the shoppers who forgot to bring their patience, and their manners!
