Hi,

It is indeed sad that some businesses are less and less customer centric, in the age were information are at the fingerprint of many highly informed customers, businesses have a lot of catching up to do. Today's customers are very sophisticated and well informed.

Even with the help of the Internet, businesses need to evaluate the meaning of service to their customer... As a customer, I make sure I do my research on mostly anything before I approach someone to give my business to, then decide who deserves my business the most.
