I do find this comment interesting randy, due to thoughts i have heard in the past from you, however I do understand that people do change and realize sometimes they met the right person and it just feels right. I can respect that. I am not a 100 percent sure i would say homosexuality is a sin, love is love as far as I am concerned. There is many sins in this world, I dont feel any are worse than another. Sin is sin one way or another. Love who you love and be happy. If you can respect others feelings and decisions than it should not be an issue. I do not understand all the hype and issue over same sex relationships I mean i have many friends that are gay and I myself have experimented in the area and found that it made me very happy and content. I dont understand even being in the situation myself why everyone has to make such a big deal about it. Let everyone live their life and be happy male and male female and female, what does it matter love is involved and that is all that matters.

I do not have any problems with homosexuals if you love someone you love them regardless of wether you are a female loving another female or male loving another male. Many of my friends are homosexuals and i love them all for who they are. certain circumstances can make it a bit more difficult to accept at first like if you find out your ex is gay after you spent over 4 years with them. Does that mean I have an issue with it: no it just means that it took me a bit to get used to the idea because I really never saw him in that way> I have experimented myself in the past and can say from experience that sometimes you just fall, it does not matter it just feels right.

Randy, I can see here by this post that you are hurt and hurting and have been led astray by others in your lifetime. Although life can be hard and hurtful at times things happen for a reason, and just because someone leaves or hurts you does not mean that they were trying to hurt you. You have a lot of positive qualities and anyone who can see that would be lucky to have you in thier life. I have learned a lot from you believe it or not, even though you probably dont think I have. Life as you have told me is what you make of it...you shouldnt need to change for someone else no one should. If love was meant to be then both parties will accept eachother for who they are and the faults that they have. One can not be constantly reminded of faults or there will be no change. Although it may hurt I am positive it hurt the other party as well, and there is much that has been left unresolved in their life. For a relationship to be completly healthy two must work together to make it work and pull the best out of one another not knock eachother down, if that can not happen or is not happening than it is for the better that the two go seperate ways because it is not healthy for either or fair for that matter. I hope that you find happiness in life and find that right person for you because I know you are a great person-may be opinionated but that can be a very good thing because you know what you want and expect and do not let others tell you otherwise. Very well written poem filled with words from the heart I am sure...It makes me think however. Does one leaving always have to mean ending>? Love in whatever form is still love- and can not be turned on and off regardless of distance.

I am not sure there is really one right answer. However I do know that life can be tough, challenging and has its share of lower points. That does not mean that one needs to or has to give up, nor should give up. Someone very wise once told me that the difficult times and mistakes can really open doors to new adventures and a lot of learning. At the same time, I can understand how it gets frustrating and can be very sad. We all have the power to have happiness in our lives, its just the figuring out what makes us happy that can be the difficult part. I have found that friends and family are really great when it comes to support.

Change is a big word and as you have pointed out can mean many things. Personally I think that america needs change in the aspect of doing something that is going to make a difference. My question is not so much what can the canadate do to change america but what they can do to make a difference.
