I have hypoglycemia and the last list was the most informative for me because I need a quick boost when my blood sugar drops dramatically and randomly. There were things on there that I was unaware of - like pretzels = those are easy for me to tote around with me. Thank you so much!

I have been a member of audible.com for years and love it. I pay an annual fee and get a bunch of unabridged books that I can download directly to my pda - they have a bazillion options for devices to download to. But be warned...that's how I got hooked! I like to read books the old fashioned way, too but it's luxurious having someone read to me! I have a physical job so I can listen to a story while I work...whistling is overrated!
