we make this every year too. Instead of using bakers chocolate, we use chocolate chips. For peanut butter fudge - use the peanut butter chips.
Actually Hubby makes the fudge, I just enjoy it!! He's used butterscotch chips and white chocolate chips too. He didn't like making the white chocolate fudge since the chips and marshmellow creme is white it was hard to tell when it was all mixed together.
He also makes layered batches. He makes the peanut butter layer first and then makes a batch of chocolate and pours it on top of the 1st layer. We use disposable foil pans.
