My husband is handicapped that way. When I speak he hears, "Honey blah blah blah blah blah blah money blah blah blah blah blah steak blah blah blah blah blah blow job blah blah blah blah blah blah squirrel blah blah blah."

He asks me a question and I answer. Then he goes and does the complete opposite of what we agreed on. He gets everything jumbled in his head. I just chalk it up to man-stupidity and do whatever I want.

I'm with ya on that. A couple of coats of spray paint can save an otherwise hideous piece of furniture, etc. I especially like Rust-O-Leum for patio furniture and so forth.

I don't eat many odd things. I do love that white cheddar cheese popcorn that smells like feet. I eat it as a treat during work and some of my cube mates have told me to stop because of the smell.

Possums are scary!

It looks like your blog is about crochet but then there's some unrelated things. I have 4 blogs about various things (open source fiction, abstract art, sql database, and dodgeball) I've found its best to focus on my topic rather than creating a hodge podge. Otherwise the blog is just another junkblog without a purpose.

Focusing becomes especially important when you start promoting the blog. You have some good content about crochet (you seem to know a lot about it). I found it interesting and I don't even crochet!

Your blog could become a favorite resource for crocheters. Promote it on Stumble, Twitter, etc.

Get rid of the music though. People who don't have your taste in music will find it annoying. (I'm not saying I found it annoying, but others will) Plus if we're sneak-surfing the web during lunchtime and trying not to get caught, the music is a dead give away.
