This beautiful lady I have written of passed away today. Her name is Ada. She had a tought battle with brain cancer that she lost . She will be missed so much by so many. This poem is dedicated to her.

I remember gas for 25 cents a gallon. Milk at school for 7 cents. My wanted dead or alive gun I got for christmas. sodas for 5 cents. Pepsi was 10 cents. Riding my bike all over the world .Or so it seemed. Put together from pieces of old bikes .It was the greatest item I owned. A old metal peddle jeep that I pulled from a junk pile . Dented and rusted . I had so much fun with it. It went very well down hill . LOL. My first kiss at fifteen. WOW. That was great. I was on cloud nine. Her name was Carol Sue. There are so many things I remember. It was a special time for me. Thanks for bring back a few memories.

I like cats too. At one time I had about 14 strays come by my house. I would feed them every day . Some were too wild to even pick up. I found out later they would stop by several homes in the area. When we moved I sure did miss them.But the person we sold our house to said he would continue to feed them. They were cool.

I have wore glasses since I was 2 years old. I'm near sighted. I've told you the problems my wife has had. Seven surgeries . All because of diabetes. These doctors can do so much now. I do hope all goes well for you.hugs.
