I'm a big fan of Dune. Love this interpretation, very eye-catching. I really enjoy the abstract aspect of it, because it's measured, making the viewer able to recognize the figures;They are clearly showcased and do not get lost in the background.

It's almost like a snapshot before a confrontation, I like that they seem to be looking at each other. Loved reading about the inspiration behind it. Very nice and original work.

Heh. Unfortunately after much philosophical debate the nuns realize there's no such thing as solving the problem: Maria. On a side note all the nuns involved in the research were committed to an asylum. Coincidence? I THINK NOT

Austin: I was terrified of clowns my whole life, now I have developed a creepy fascination with them. Tell Laura I understand though ::solem nod::

Braxton: The Crow is perhaps one of my favorite films. The imagery on it is completely appealing to me and very close to my "style". Thanks for the compliment.

Dear Faith:

When faced with any chronic pain issue, it is very difficult to get a diagnosis. I was told at first I suffered from Lupus had polyps and many other diagnosis until the right one was finally "found." I do identify with your frustration, I certainly hope your physicians can provide you with some relief and comfort soon. Unfortunately If Fibro is indeed your diagnosis, you will be surprised how much pain this disorder can plague your body with.

Thanks for submitting this article to the group, your story is a perfect illustration of the hoops patients have to jump through to get proper treatment, and although it is quite an emotional ordeal, do not give up seeking the right course of action regarding your symptoms.

Topamax is a great medication if it works for you, unfortunately I was unable to withstand the side effects when I was taking it, but I've heard many of success stories regarding the med.

I sincerely hope you feel better soon and if you have any questions regarding Fibromyalgia, we have several people in the group that have managed this illness for many years, and some recently diagnosed; feel free to post any questions, or offer a topic to be discussed. I will do my best to provide you with any sources of information or support. If you haven't yet, you might be interested in reading the Fibro related articles on my page, or here at the group.

I thought the place I work at had too much red tape and employee resources that only look good on paper but are really "not available" when needed, but Wal-Mart sounds definitely worse. Hope you feel better soon and all the medical issues get resolved.

Excellent advise Stan. I do think table reading sessions definitely do a lot for the writing process and really improve the content on scripts. We get together almost every week, (although we are all working on the same project at this time) after each meeting and feedback session, we improve the script even more.

I will try to found out about any local groups that get together in bookstores, I think it would be a great setting for a creative exchange.

Thank you so much for bringing my attention to this article, It would have been a terrible loss for me as a reader if I had missed it. What a well written, fabulous, allegoric, rich story.

I found myself thinking as I read along, "Wish this was a book, I WANT to know more about these women." Then comes in the tragic part, and it really tugged at my heartstrings. Great moral to the tale, bittersweet and inspiring, did I mention well written? You are off the scale, wish I could give you more than a ten!

Definitely seek out publishing, your talent is quite apparent. Best of luck, I look forward to any future posts!

Love this image, Peter. I know we both have a fascination with Joan Crawford, this picture is so surreal, but so fitting. Are you able to make prints, and do you sell them? I'd love to hang this baby in my studio.

I'm completely incompetent when it comes to Haiku, I do admire people that can execute it and have quite respect for the style. Dragons are on of my favorite mythological creatures, when I decided to get a tattoo representing my inner strength I chose a dragon, it wraps around my ankle. Really enjoyed reading this one in particular, excellent work.

Thank you so much for your kindness. It is very hard indeed to heal from such a loss. The constant desire to have children of your own and the haunting memories of past events, creates quite an emotional rollercoaster.

These days I'm concentrating on building a better life and submerging myself in work and projects.

I figured I would let My Higher Power guide me along for a while... It's difficult to get a sense of closure from a miscarriage, that is perhaps the hardest aspect in the recovery process. But time does partially heal wounds and makes them a bit easier to bare.

The vocalist is my husband. He was in a local band for over 5 years, they recently disbanded. He is in the process of creating a new band with some very close friends, they practice in my basement. That day they were just jammin' in the garage for fun, it was a nice day outside.

This poem can really be applied to the fascination women have with lead vocalists. I know for me Jon Bon Jovi has been my constant crush since I was 13. But in reality this piece is a compilation of thoughts from the first time I heard my husband sing, fell in love, and then married him; and all the random insights into our relationship at the time.
