I know others have suggested this in the past, but I believe it is very important... could we please have a way to categorize groups we've joined so that when we go to post an article, we can choose a list of groups that pertain to that kind of article.

For example, if I wanted to post a recipe, it would be easier to select "food groups" than to sift through 100 groups I'm in looking for food groups to send the posting to.

This modification would save so much time!!!

Your first suggestion is vital!!!!! The group selection process is time consuming and annoying!

I'm a former non-custodial parent and in retrospect I know I should have moved closer. It is too late for me but not for you. Your daughter's childhood is only a few years of your life, and once it is gone you can't fix things. But now you can. When she's older you'll have plenty of time for doing other things.

You need to stay strong and learn more about fighting CPS. My site, FightCPS gives a lot of good ideas for putting yourself in a stronger position next time you go to court. Other good sites to get information from are Mass Outrage and AFRA.

Check the December 2009 guestbook on FightCPS - I just gave a lot of good links and information to a couple people who posted there yesterday.

I love this poem~ it is strengthening and comforting at the same time! It is the first submission to my Flash Fiction group and is the first to be featured there too, even though it isn't technically fiction. Thanks so much for joining the group!

I'm cutting bread and sugar out of my diet. Now I make vegan pancakes for breakfast sometimes, with rice syrup on top. A good alternative that I hope has no candida. I don't put yeast in my pancakes, just baking powder and baking soda, flour and water. Very simple!

Gwen, you sound like a competent and busy person... as a personal trainer. I'm doing good to train myself without trying to train others. LOL . . . my kids are all adults now and I guess my life is becoming a bit more myopic at this point.

That lentil soup sounds good. I love lentils though Bob won't touch them. LOL . . . his mom served him some when he was a kid and he's still traumatized over that. Why don't you make a lens with your lentil soup recipe? I'd love that! (Please include a vegetarian version...??)
