I tell the kids not to leave the water running when they brush their teeth and if they have a water bottle or cup of water that they don't drink we have them pour it outside on one of the plants so it's not going to waste.

One of my most treasured gifts was a necklace I received from my girlfriend last year. I'm not a big jewelry person because most of the time I forget to wear it but last Christmas (our first Christmas together) she gave me a necklace that is of two hearts that go into each other. On one heart is my name and on the other is her name. It's something I'll always treasure knowing that she wanted to give me a gift that connected us.

I really enjoy reading magazines but my problem is I forget about them. Luckily I often go to the freebie boards so I get free subscriptions or buy discount subscriptions off eBay so I'm not paying the full price. I hold on to them and eventually read them, even if it's a couple months later.

Sounds fun. I love participating in the classroom. This year I get to do it weekly and sometimes more because my middle son's teacher is the one my oldest son had and we get along really well.
