Buddhist's believe that life begins with a thought. It is why they strive to clear their minds of negative thoughts. It isn't that they don't have problems...they just understand that adding your own negative thoughts to any problem doesn't help to find a solution. It just creates more problems. It is why they work to put positive, compassionate, thoughts and idea's in their mind. That is the purpose of meditation. To be in union(yoga) with the supreme being, in this case Buddha. Have a positively grand time in Mexico.

Well first of all I have a book that I am completing so this contest is timely. I have wondered about self publishing and if it is effective. If my book does well would another publisher want to take over or am I shooting myself in the foot by self publishing and not giving the big boys a chance at the story? What is the down side to self publishing and what is the upside?

I would like to think that either man would do the best action for the great people of this country. However I don't trust either one. Today we found out that the 700 Billion is not enough to stop this financial tragedy to unfold. Yet they both talk blue in the face on how we needed it. They are both politicians so they say anything. If they would only walk the walk and stop talking the talk with their hand out for more cash. Thomas Jefferson is looking down at this mess and crying his eyes out. Win the debate, that's a laugh when I think of the electronic voting machines that are corruptible.

the best explanation of Quantum Physics is in the movie "What the Bleep do we know"
you can rent it from net flix. It is a great docudrama about sub atomic particles. You should watch it first before your son. remember Einstein has nothing to do with Quantum Physics.
