Michael Jackson died yesterday at the age of fifty and my only regret is that his passing took away from the death of Farrah Fawcett who had the misfortune of dying on the same day,
Actually the news programs were full of stories about Farrah until mid afternoon when they got wind of Jackson's heart failure and then she dropped from sight in a hurry.
I can't say too much about Jackson since his antics out of the spotlight overshadowed his incredible talent, but I will say that Ms. Fawcett faced her demise with class and grace and in doing so she showed her true spirit and character, and for this she will be missed.

I would rather if the news programs were going to talk about a 1 of them that it would of been Farrah....she was a strong woman who fought cancer to the end.
The Barbara Walters special on Farrah with Ryan O'Neal is on TV now.

Allan, this is something we agree on. While I'm sorry that MJ died at a relatively young age and I feel especially sorry for his children, I think Farrah lived her entire life with dignity and grace, the same way she faced death. I will miss her. Goodbye Farrah.
