Gather is giving you a chance to donate Gather Points™ towards a good cause. While you're at it, you could win big! Please see my original post on how you can Help those who need clean water.
The original deadline for donating Gather Points™ for a chance to win a $50 AMEX gift card has been extended from Sunday, July 26th to Wednesday, July 29th.
For every $5 you donate with your Gather Points™, you'll be placed in a drawing to receive a $50 gift card that you could use towards a water-themed day. Go to a water-park, a spa, and more! (Ex: $5 = one chance, $10 = two chances, etc.) Three Gather members will be drawn to receive a $50 AMEX gift card and Crystal Light samples.
If you are having technical issues donating your points (i.e. if you receive an error), leave a comment below, telling me the dollar amount you would like to donate. Here's what you can donate:
- 315 Gather Points™ = $5
- 625 Gather Points™ = $10
- 1,565 Gather Points™ = $25
Make sure you already have the number of Gather Points™ available that you request! Your comments must be posted by Wednesday, July 29th to be considered for the drawing.

A great cause, and I'm glad that Gather is extending the deadline. Are donations accepted from all members, or only U.S. residents?
