Spring is finally here! And after all the cooking and shlepping associated with Passover it is time to bring out the grill for some simple, tasty and easy meals. One of our favorites is grilled salmon fillet. Easy and delicious.
Ingredients:
salmon fillet - wash and pat dry
Daddy Sam's Salmon Glaze
(an all natural, kosher product)
Pam Grilling Spray or Olive or Canola oil
Prepare the grill:
Spray the grill rack with Pam Grilling spray or rub with Olive or Canola Oil.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Prepare the salmon:
Wash the salmon and pat dry. Place the salmon skin-side-down on the grill. Spread the Daddy Sam's Salmon Glaze on the top side of the salmon.
Cook for about 5 minutes. Turn over (the skin will probably stick to the grill, you may need to quickly scrape this off and throw it away). Spread more of the glaze on the exposed side of the salmon. Cook another 4-5 minutes until no longer transluscent when cut.
Remove from the grill, slice and serve.
Accompany with brown rice pilaf and asparagus.
