I'll be honest with you.Today, I'm discouraged.
I am having so much trouble with my feet and my legs, particularly my left food and leg. They alternate between being numb, tingling, and throbbing. Right now, they're throbbing. I think it's the neuropathy, but I worry about circulation issues, too.
I would love to be able to just go to the doctor, but unless Obama can get the government to agree to fix the health care system, that's not so easy.
I do have to go soon, but I'm trying to wait until after the 21st (my birthday,) because there is a Diabetes Expo in Atlanta on that day, and I can get some tests done for free and take the results to my doctor, so that maybe she won't want to do the same tests again.
In the meantime, I have decided to walk at least a half an hour every day that the weather is good, and see if that will help.
Anybody got any other suggestions? This is so unfair, because I am extremely careful what I eat, I'm exercising, I'm taking my medicine as prescribed.
Sorry to write a disgruntled post, but that's my healthy living outlook today.
Somewhat gloomy.
