- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. cherry gelatin (3oz.)
- 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3oz.)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can pitted dark sweet cherries (17oz.)
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (13oz.)
- 14 Tbsp. cola
- 1 cup chopped nuts (opt.)
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl. Dissolve gelatins in boiling water in large bowl. Stir in cheese mixture. Drain cherries and pineapple, reserving 1 1/2 cups syrup. Stir juices and cola into gelatin. Chill until partially set. Add fruit and nuts. Pour into 9x13 inch dish. Chill until firm.
