Pepsi Chicken

*The size you would get out of a vending machine or a cooler in the grocery store (20 oz.)

Directions:

Place chicken pieces in 9x13 inch cake pan. Combine Pepsi and ketchup; pour over chicken. Salt lightly and place in a 350 degrees F oven for 2 hours.

I used almost this same recipe with country pork ribs earlier this week. I did it in the crockpot and I used Dr. Pepper and catsup. It was great!
