Scalloped Corn
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 pt. cream style corn
salt and pepper
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk, corn, crumbs, salt, pepper, butter and sugar. Beat and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake in 325 degree F oven for 30 minutes.

Well, it is very Southern, yes, but I don't think it's exclusive to the South.

I love scalloped corn. This recipe is a bit different from mine though--the same ingrediencts but preparations are somewhat different.
