Friday afternoon I sliced up some extra firm tofu and mixed it with greek dressing in a bowl, covered it and placed in fridge to marinate for a few hours.
Well, I forgot about it.
It's probably not a good idea to make it tomorrow huh?
I'm a tofu - newbie so I don't know how long is too long for it to sit and marinate... but I'm assuming 3 days is a bit long huh?
Throw it out?
