How do you get the gift cards?

With the points you earn on gather. You trade them in for gift cards or paypal. Beside your name on your "my gather" page will be a total of the points you have earned. click on it and there is a place to click to see what is offered and how many points they take. 625 is needed for a $10 card.

Congrats on getting another one C. I have never ordered a CVS gift card from Gather. I usually go for Target, Paypal or Home Depot.

We don't have Target or Home Depot:( But CVS Cards serve me well. If I get too many I can always use them to pick up my mom's prescriptions.

Yay for you Cassi, now that's the thing abut CVS cards--they can hang around for a while so you need linings in those pockets.

I've never ordered a CVS card from Gather, right now I'm collecting Amazon cards for things I need for my new house. I really want to try and learn how to CVS bucks work, and have been reading about it here at Gather so maybe I'll cash out for one soon.

thanks, Adelaide. That is one of the ways I learned the most from reading, reading, reading. And it is so fun to have all this name brand, usually the newest and greatest, products in the house for pennies. Things I would never spend money on.

I usually go for paypal or Target or Home Depot, but I won a CVS gc which I haven't used yet. I fgure one of these days, I'll see something on clearance at CVS and I'll make it work even harder for me.

I was definitely inspired by the CVS Extra Bucks Makes Cents Group. If I had not started reading some of the posts, I would have never realized how great the CVS shopping is. I have not cashed out for a CVS gift card yet, but I might in the future.

Glad you learned lots! I like getting the cards because between coupons, extra bucks, sales and gather giftcards I will never have to put out any cash again at CVS:) Well, if I can earn enough cards since they now charge tax on extra bucks that are from manufacturers.

I've ordered the CVS cards. Since they can be worth more than the initial value many times over, they are a great reward.
I've been inspired, but not as motivated as I should be. I've been putting off going by today and I really need to get this week's bargains.

I've never cashed out for a CVS card on here. I always get paypal so I can spend it where ever. i do get CVS cards from my Discover cash back sometimes, though.

I've thought about paypal, but I am impatient--can't get just 625 points to get it:) And I like the fun of posting here about CVS and getting the cards for it, so I probably will keep that up, but paypal is nice.

my first cashout came on saturday....$10 cvs card. i don't think i'll EVER be as good as you at cvs, but i'm going to see how far i can get with my card. :)

congrats!! It will be fun to see how far it goes. Even if you only double it it's still fun and where else can you double your money like that? I'd like to hear how you do as you shop. next week there are more free after extra buck items. One little money maker I just found and will post about tomorrow.
