Wisteria and Bridal Wreath

My wisteria has about finished blooming, but my bridal wreath bush is still going strong.  Spring is looking pretty nice in my yard right now.  I have to get out and clean out my flower beds, but we had a cool spell come through this weekend, so I think next weekend will be flower bed time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The old dead oak tree is just one of my oaks that have died, they've been infected with the oak root-rot fungus.  It has killed about seven of my oaks so far, but I still have some that weren't infected.

Sorry about your oak trees. I have one really big oak in my front yard and I would be extremely upset if something happened to it.

I love your flowering bushes! I'm with Arleen....we are just soggy and muddy here in ny. That is really awful about your oaks. They are such beautiful trees.

Sorry about your oak trees. Your bushes are blooming so early. I don't think my Bridal wreath bush blooms till May. They are really beautiful bushes, but ours doesn't hold the flowers long. It is like they are there one day, turn brown a few days later, and poof they are gone.

I love wisteria and bridal wreath! When I was a kid my mother had wisteria growing on the fence all the way around the yard. It was so beautiful!
