The Cake Is Done!

Well, the cake took a few minutes longer to bake than it was supposed to, but it's done, cooled off, frosted, and COVERED in sprinkles. I had in mind a few red and pink sprinkles. The kids had in mind a frosted cake where you can't -see- the frosting.

It was cute, though! I got videos, and pictures of the process. Each of the kids got to add something to the decorating, after Raegan frosted it.

That's my thought, too, Jennifer. Holy wow. At one point, Chris said, "I want to cover all the frosting!" Ugh.
Wow, that looks like a sweet cake! I'm making some sugar cookies tonight for my daughter & her friend to have as a snack. Almost time to frost them.

I've tried cherry icing before and it was the most disgusting attempt at cherry flavor I have ever had!
