Good Morning

I am not a morning person. I hate mornings. I don't like getting out of my nice warm bed, and going to the cold living room. I don't like having to abandon my warm PJ's for cold pants and shirts. The kids have to be to school by 8:45. We're actually having a very good morning so far.

The kids both got up without a problem, and have already eaten. Some mornings, I'm still trying to get them down stairs by this point in time, so this is good!

Unfortunately, there's the matter of Raegan's lunch box in the fridge. I'll run it to her school when I drop the other two off at school. Then I'm coming home with the full and complete intentions of crawling into bed. Until 1:30 when it's time to go to the school to help out, I have nothing that needs to get done today.

I would like to do a few loads of laundry, but that won't take much.

I woke up sick this morning :(

I am not feeling so good and at 4,30 this morning Carlie got sick in my bed, so I have been up since then, doing the laundry, I took Kyle to school, and now I am trying to go back to sleep since Carlie is sleeping but I can't! Urgh!! Hope you have a great day!

good morning! we are iced in from a major ice storm that hit last night. so we will all be in the house all day. hopefully, the kids won't spend the day fighting.

I am NOT a morning person either. I am a night owl and despise having to get up early. It is 8:22 here in Howell. Nolan has had his breakfast (waffle, yogurt and ice tea) he is now singing in the other room. He has 10 minutes to brush teeth, wash face and hands, go to the bathroom, get dressed. So he is doing pretty good too.

There is nothing worse than hating mornings and THEN having to yell at rotten children to hurry up.

Heather, 1/2 the time I take him to school in my pj's then come home and get ready for work...

Hope you have a good day! I LOVE mornings. Its my favorite time. I'm up by 2:30 to get workin' and i'm in bed by 9:30 if i'm not workin' nights.

I am by no means a morning person, so even 10:30 is pretty early for me. It's freezing rain here today, so I'm of course freezing the second I got out of bed. I have a few loads of laundry to do, then I'm hoping I can get back under the covers to get warm again.

But you said your house was 71 at nite? That's almost beach weather. Sorry, I'd rather be painting the house or anything productive rather than laying around in a bed. To each their own.

you made me laugh...i am so not a morning person! one of the best perks of being on disability is that i very rarely set an alarm!
