Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
Instructions:
Beat egg well.
Cream together penaut butter with sugar and vanilla, then add egg mixture.
Mix well and roll into one inch balls.
Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten the balls, using a fork, meat tenderizing hammer or sugared juice glass.
Bake for 12 minutes @ 325.
For Christmas, sprinkle cookies with colored sugar before baking or press a Hershey kiss into the middle of each cookie.
